  2. We then conduct a requirements assessment to help better understand your need and match to the different investment options on offer.

  3. Complete the Onboarding process - Document signing, contract exchange and understanding commitments.

  4. Tranfer of funds - you as the Investor deposit funds to our Get Global account.

  5. We now set your account up with access to monthly financial reports and revenue transparency, this keeps you in the loop with all the necessary data.

  6. Finally access is granted to the self booking system for you to book your stay within the allocated time during the off season.

  7. Now just keep us posted with your travel schedule, we can make the necessary arrangements for your travel and book Wild Wadi day passes too, we're also available to help with any requirements you may have when visiting Dubai.

  • Get Global is a property management and real estate company that enables individuals to invest in specialised short-term rental properties Dubai. Our investors become part-owners in a rental lease agreement. Get Global operates said property as a short-term rental for a collective profit, which is paid out annually.

  • Our process is streamlined, designed to make our investments accessible and efficient.

    1. Onboard: Access a carefully curated selection of Dubai properties

    2. Invest: Select the investment level that best fits your financial goals, Gold, Platinum and Diamond

    3. Earn: Recieve monthly financials and an annual payout

    4. Benefit: Makes use of the benefits provided

  • Currently as a Gold Level investor the minimum investment amount is £7,500. Enabling investors to start with a modest initial commitment

  • All profits are dispersed to investors annually.

  • Profits are calculated based on rental income after deducting expenses and repairs. As a result, they may fluctuate, similar to a landlord, your investment performance is tied to the how well the property performs. We do however endeavour to meet our commitment of 10% per annum

  • Our minimum investment term is three years, it is advisable not to invest funds you may need in the immediate short term. However we do facilitate liquidation of funds on reciept of a minimum 90 days notice period

  • In order to complete the onboarding process you will need to provide:

    • Identity Verification: A copy of your ID

    • Completion of the requirements assessment

  • Three Years. Currently our minimum investment term is three years.
